We are like a close-knit family, bonded by our dedication to the Northern Beaches of Sydney and our commitment to exceptional plumbing service.
Tom has been a plumber since 2007 and founded Plumb By Design in April 2017. He enjoys golf, dinners with Nicky, and spending time with his daughter Lucy and son Jack.
Tom is a huge fan of Harry Potter and James Bond and enjoys dim sims from Mona Vale Bakery. His power tool of choice is Milwaukee and go to coffee order is a large cappuccino.
Lachlan Zampa-Howe joined the team in February. He has never been late to a job and generally arrives 30+ minutes early. Lach is a committed worker, even opting to work on his birthday.
His hobbies include beekeeping and boxing. Lachlan’s power tool of choice is Makita and go to coffee order is a iced long black.
Meg is the newest addition to our team, managing everything from admin to client relationships. She’s the organisational powerhouse keeping us on track and ensuring our clients always feel supported.
The youngest (and arguably most adorable) member of the team, Lucy is Tom’s daughter and has been part of the Plumb by Design journey since day one. She’s our resident morale booster, known for her love of baby chinos, keeping the crew on their toes, and proudly rocking her mini Plumb by Design tee!
